By subscribing to or using any of our services you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms, you must not subscribe to or use our services.
The portal, www.way2village.in (“Website”) and the mobile application ‘way2village’ (“App”) (collectively “Platform”) is owned, managed and operated by M/s Dime Innovations Private Ltd (Dime), a private Limited company. Way2village enables Online travel and tourism booking and marketing platform for the farm house, resorts and tourism and other packages listed on the Platform from time to time (“Services”).
By making a booking, Way2village creates a link between Affiliate/Service Provider (Resorts, farmhouse, Hotels, etc.) and User and provide only technological platform for booking of services and the final liability will be on the respective Affiliate/Service Provider and not on Way2village. User understands that Way2village cannot be held liable in case if the information provided by the Affiliate/Service Provider is found to be inaccurate, inadequate or obsolete or in contravention of any laws, rules, regulations or directions in force.
Way2village does not control or operate any resorts, farmhouse, villas, hotel, transport vehicles, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility and shall not be responsible for any delay, improper service, and standard of service provided by any affiliates/service providers, or for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of any seller/service provider. Way2village being merely a facilitator, shall not be liable for the following:
Way2village will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Way2village’s reasonable control.
No provision in these Terms will be deemed waived and no breach excused, unless such waiver or consent is in writing and signed by Way2village. Any consent by Way2village to, or waiver of a breach by the User, whether expressed or implied, will not constitute consent to, waiver of, or excuse for any other different or subsequent breach.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable under applicable law, then such provision will be excluded from these Terms and the remainder of these Terms will be interpreted as if such provision were so excluded and will be enforceable in accordance with its terms; provided however that, in such event, these Terms will be interpreted so as to give effect, to the greatest extent consistent with and permitted by applicable 16 | P a g e law, to the meaning and intention of the excluded provision as determined by such court of competent jurisdiction.
Any disputes and differences whatsoever arising in connection with these Terms shall be settled by Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. All proceedings shall be conducted in English language. Unless the Parties agree on a sole arbitrator there shall be three Arbitrators, one to be selected by each of the parties, and the third to be selected by the two Arbitrators appointed by the parties. The venue of Arbitration shall be Chennai, India.
The User may submit any grievance with respect to the Platform or the Services, including with respect to any abuse on the Platform, including any discrepancies or grievances with respect to processing of information, to the Grievance Officer at:

These Terms, all transactions consummated between you and Way2village and the relationship between you and Way2village is governed by the laws of India, without reference to any conflict of laws principles and with an exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Chennai in Tamilnadu State.
Ensure you have received a booking confirmation with all the necessary details, including check-in and check-out dates and times.
Save the contact information of your host or the farmhouse owner. This will be useful for communication and in case you need assistance during your stay.
Confirm the address and directions to the farmhouse. Make sure you have a clear understanding of how to reach your destination.
Communicate your estimated arrival time to the host and follow their instructions for check-in. Be punctual to avoid any inconvenience.
Familiarize yourself with the house rules provided by the host. Respect any guidelines related to smoking, noise, pets, or other specific rules.
Prioritize safety during your stay. Identify emergency exits, locate first-aid kits, and inquire about any safety concerns specific to the farmhouse.
If a farm tour is offered, take advantage of it. It's a great opportunity to learn about the farm's operations, meet the animals, and gain insight into sustainable farming practices. Respect the Environment: Show respect for the natural surroundings. Avoid littering, adhere to any wildlife guidelines, and follow eco-friendly practices advocated by the host.
If meals are included in your stay, confirm the meal schedule and any dietary preferences or restrictions you may have with the host.
Follow the host's instructions regarding waste disposal, recycling, and composting. Contribute to the eco-friendly practices of the farm.
Explore nearby attractions and activities recommended by the host. Take advantage of the opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture and environment.
Maintain open communication with the host throughout your stay. If you encounter any issues or have questions, don't hesitate to reach out for assistance
Familiarize yourself with the check-out procedure. Ensure you leave the farmhouse in the same condition as when you arrived.
Consider leaving feedback or reviews about your experience. Your input can help future travellers make informed decisions and assist the host in improving their services.
Show appreciation for the host's hospitality and the unique experience they offer. A small gesture of gratitude can go a long way in building positive relationships.
